Why no credits?
Credit-metered AI employees make you do the math: is this ask 300 credits or 3,000? Their FAQs have to explain what 20,000 credits buys. We think that’s backwards. TipOff meters internally so plans stay honest, but you buy a flat month of work — and if you outgrow a tier, the next one is a number you can see on this page, not a top-up you discover mid-task.
Questions
Is the free tier really free?
Yes — no card, no time limit. It includes a fixed amount of worker activity and hard-stops when it's used up. You can never be surprise-billed on Free.
What happens if I use up a paid plan's included work?
Nothing silent. You choose: upgrade a tier, or enable metered overage at the flat per-unit rate shown on your plan — with a spend cap you set. Default is off.
Why don't you price in credits like other AI employees?
Because credit meters make every ask an anxiety — you shouldn't need a calculator to know what “research these 40 companies” costs. We meter internally to keep plans honest, but you buy a flat month of work.
Are seats extra?
No. Each plan includes its seats; everyone on the team talks to the same worker in Slack.
Do I need a sales call?
No. Every plan is self-serve; you can cancel from Billing any time. Talk to us only if you want to.
What's NOT included on any plan?
Outbound sending on your behalf without approval — that isn't a plan limit, it's the product: the worker stages and drafts; a human approves every send.
